General Rental Information

Do you allow commercial use of trailers?

Yes. All of our trailers are approved for both personal and commercial use.

What are your business hours?

Our standard business hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 7 days a week.

Is after-hours pickup or drop-off available?

Yes, after-hours pickup or drop-off may be available by prior approval only.

Any pickup or return outside of business hours must be arranged in advance.

Booking & Pricing

How do I book a trailer?

You can book a trailer:

  • Online through our website by selecting your rental dates
  • By contacting us directly if you need assistance choosing the right trailer

Are prices hourly or daily?

All trailer rentals are priced per day (24-hour rental period) unless otherwise noted.

Do you offer multi-day discounts?

Yes. Multi-day rentals may qualify for discounted rates.

Discounts vary by trailer type and rental length. Contact us or check availability online for exact pricing.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.

Tow Vehicle & Safety Requirements

What size vehicle do I need to tow a trailer?

Recommended tow vehicles by trailer size:

  • 6×12 enclosed trailers → Large SUV or small truck
  • 7×14 enclosed trailers and larger → Large SUV or pickup truck
  • 8×20+ trailers or heavy equipment trailers → ¾-ton or 1-ton truck

For loads over 10,000 lbs, a diesel 1-ton truck is strongly recommended.

What hitch ball size do I need?

  • Smaller trailers → 2-inch hitch ball
  • Trailers 7×14 and larger → 2 5/16-inch hitch ball

Trailer Use Rules

What can I haul in enclosed trailers?

Allowed items include:

  • Tools and equipment
  • Furniture and household items
  • Vehicles (on enclosed car haulers only)

No animals.

What is NOT allowed in enclosed trailers?

The following are not permitted in enclosed trailers:

  • Dirt, rocks, sod, or loose construction materials
  • Open fuel or oil containers
  • Anything that can leak, spill, or permanently damage the interior

Violation may result in cleaning or damage fees.

Can I haul heavy equipment?

Yes, but only on approved flat deck, tilt deck, or car hauler trailers. Make sure your tow vehicle is properly rated for the load.

Pickup & Return

Do I need to clean the trailer before returning it?

Trailers should be returned reasonably clean. Excessive dirt, debris, or spills may result in a cleaning fee.

What happens if I return the trailer late?

Late returns may result in additional rental charges. If you anticipate a delay, contact us as soon as possible.

What if the trailer is damaged?

The renter is responsible for any damage during the rental period. Damage will be assessed and may be deducted from the security deposit.

Insurance & Responsibility

Is insurance included with the rental?

Insurance coverage depends on your personal or commercial auto policy. We recommend confirming trailer coverage with your insurance provider before renting.

Who is responsible while towing the trailer?

The renter is fully responsible for:

  • Safe towing and load securement
  • Traffic violations or fines
  • Damage to the trailer or third parties
